Spring
cleaning
Don’t we all cringe at the thought! However, when it comes to
your website it’s a lot easier. It’s a good idea at least
once a year to check that your website has the most up to date product
details and information. This includes your contact details, phone numbers,
address, email and so on.
Make sure that prices listed on your website are current and any competitions
or special offers you ran during the year have not expired.
Also check your images are relevant. New images are a very easy way
to freshen your website. Finally, look to see that all links on the
website are still working correctly.
If you need help spring cleaning your website, do get in touch
with us. We're offering you a "spring clean consultation"
for $245.00 plus GST between now and the end of November 2008. Email
us or give us a call on 04 976 6982.

Ways to Promote your Website
Your website is a powerful marketing tool, so it’s important to
get people to visit your site. There are a number of simple ways you can
get people to your site and hopefully increase business.
One of the easiest and least expensive ways
to get your website noticed is to submit it to the major search engines,
in particular Google and Yahoo. This is a relatively straightforward process
and submission is free although to make sure you achieve a good
position, optimisation is a key.
Never miss an opportunity to promote your
site. Remember to include your website address on all your business correspondence
including letters and emails, business cards, brochures and bumper stickers,
the list is endless.
