A.Because every client’s needs vary so greatly,
Oryx Technologies spend some time getting to know each client and
their business before providing an indicative costing. Once this
is accepted we work closely with the client to agree the final fixed
budget and specifications.
Q. How do we start?
A. Oryx usually begins any project with an in-depth
meeting to get to know the client, their business and what the
vision is. We use this information to develop the initial strategy
and cost estimate. We then review and refine this, in partnership
with our client, to ensure it is the right strategy for the business
and customers.
Q. What happens next?
A. Oryx Technologies believes that to ensure
projects achieve or exceed results effective management of the
work flow is critical. We have developed a management process
to ensure planning is well thought out and timelines adhered to.
Q. Where is Oyx Technologies located?
A. Oryx Technologies has two main offices in
Wellington and Christchurch. However, we do work with clients
in other centres and have partners we work with around the country.
Q. How long does it take to develop a web site?
A. The time frame varies according to your initial
requirements, the size of the website and the changes you request.
A web site may take from between three to twelve weeks to reach
final delivery. In some cases, it may take longer if specifications
and requirements alter to any major degree.

A. Oryx Technologies has a range of email and
on-line marketing programmes and strategies which will assist
your site to be found. We also specialise in search engine optimisation
for our clients. We work with you to develop the most appropriate
marketing packages for your site and requirements.

A. Oryx Technologies can assist you to keep your
site fresh and up-to-date with regular or one-off updates. This
can either be done on a project by project basis or you can use
one of our maintenance packages. Major enhancements and reviews
are costed as separate projects.
